A colema is a special kind of enema that is more thorough in its internal cleansing of the bowel. It takes slightly longer, uses more water, and involves special dietary procedures that make the cleansing deep and powerful, yet very safe. A colema requires special equipment and is general more comfortable than an enema. In Ananda we use Colema Boards® of California imported from USA.
