Detox Programs
All the programs include daily:
1 hour detox massage (a combination of Thai and Relaxation massage)- 1 yoga class
- Herbal steam sauna
- Detox herbs from Arise & Shine (with or without cayene!!!)
- 5 Detox shakes
- 2 self-administrated colemas (with organic coffee or garlic or H2O2 or epsom salt)
- Fresh carrot juice made by using a performent juicer that keeps the enzymes alive
- Fresh coconut water
- Home made vegetable broth
- All drinking water
- Free Internet (in our internet room or WiFi connection in your room).
- Spiroulina and electrolytes (if needed)
On the last half day of the fasting programs, the fast is broken gently and friendly bacteria are replaced in the colon with “Flora Grow”. After that you break the fast. You start to eating again with a plate of watermelon and papaya with yoghurt and bee-pollen. Both of them are included.
During the programs you are carefully followed by dedicated staff and the program director.

This program is comprised of two days of preparation on a diet of fruit, raw vegetables and juices. Then seven days of fasting, herbal detox products and 15 colemas to cleanse the colon. In the final two days the fast is broken gently with a diet of fruit, raw vegetables and juices. Food and drinks for 4 days, 9 one-hour massages, 7 yoga classes and 11 visits to our herbal steam sauna. The price of the 11-day program is currently 16,000 baht. This program is the most popular. It takes exactly seven days to cleanse the entire bloodstream by fasting, and seven days to thoroughly rid the lymph system of toxins. This program is comprised of seven days of fasting, herbal detox products and 15 colemas to cleanse the colon. 7 one-hour massages, 7 yoga classes and 7 visits to our herbal steam sauna. The price of the 7½-day program is currently 14,000 baht. Special offer from May until the 10th of July: Accommodation for 8 nights in a fan standard room 1,000 baht total.
This program is designed for people who do not have the time to do a longer program but still want to experience the detoxification process and prepare their bodies for a future 7-day program. This program is comprised of three days of fasting, herbal detox products and 7colemas to cleanse the colon. 3 one-hour massages, 3 yoga classes and 3 visits to our herbal steam sauna. The price of the 3½-day program is currently 7,500 baht. Special offer from May until the 10th of July: Accommodation for 4 nights in a fan standard room 500 baht total.
