Using a holistic approach to health and life enhancement, we offer a variety of programs for body, mind and spirit.  Natural law dictates that the bloodstream must be clean and properly nourished to provide optimum health. Our programs supply the body with exactly what it needs to be healthy: perfect nutrition and perfect elimination.

Our Detoxification and Cleansing Fast programs utilize a time-proven system that combines Therapeutic Fasting, Colemas, the best herbal supplements (from “Arise and Shine” USA), Detoxing and cleansing products (Psyllium husk & Bentonite) and other traditional methods, such as Herbal Steam Room and Thai Massage, to rid the body of toxins and other unwanted waste.

Fasting

Fasting is the quickest way of bringing about elimination in the body and the fastest way of getting toxic materials out of the body.   During this period of abstinence, the body systematically cleanses itself of everything except the vital tissue.  The initial days of the fast are usually the toughest phase but it is also when the most amount of waste flood the blood stream and begin to flush out.  The waste is expelled through every pore and from the mouth.  Throughout the fast the cleaning process becomes perfected and cleans the body of fat, mucus, and diseased cells.  The body will hold onto important vitamins and minerals while removing the toxins and old tissues.  Maximizing the efficiency of each cell, the body’s self healing mechanisms promote the detoxification necessary to conserve energy and rejuvenate.

Colemas

Your detox schedule includes a daily colema with an optional second colema.  A colema is a special kind of enema that is more thorough in its internal cleansing of the bowel. It takes slightly longer, uses more water, and involves special dietary procedures that make the cleansing deep and powerful, yet very safe. A colema requires special equipment and is general more comfortable than an enema. In Ananda we only use Colema Boards® of California imported from USA because they are the best equipment to use for hygienic reasons.

Chomper™ and Herbal Nutrition

These two formulas are the heart of the Arise & Shine Cleanse Program. They work together to help condition, soften and break up mucous and to remove toxic waste from the alimentary canal, organs and cells. Chomper is a gentle herbal formula designed to thoroughly cleanse the alimentary canal, liver, organs and deep cell tissues. Herbal Nutrition supports Chomper and is one of the most comprehensive formulas available. When combined with Chomper, it will help your body remove the mucoid plaque that may be accumulated in the alimentary canal. Herbal Nutrition is essential in helping to strengthen the body and pathways of elimination.

Flora Grow ™

Flora Grow provides healthy bacteria that may have become depleted from years of poor eating and lifestyle habits. Proper bacteria is essential for overall health and well-being, including a strong immune system, complete digestion and nutrient absorption, and the manufacture of B vitamins and various amino acids. Flora Grow is unique in that it can effectively establish itself in the bowels while supporting a balanced pH environment.

Psillium husk & Bentonite Shakes

Psyllium Husk Powder is a fibrous bulking agent that sweeps toxic buildup out of the intestines. Hydrated Bentonite has long been used for both internal and external detoxification. Because of its highly absorptive properties, Hydrated Bentonite is ideal for drawing out the toxins that Psyllium will help eliminate from your body.
